Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — RMZ Digital Infrastructure has appointed Ryan D’Souza as Managing Director (Revenue). In his new leadership role, he will lead the company’s revenue strategy, drive business growth, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and support the expansion of RMZ’s digital infrastructure platform as it builds the next generation of India’s digital ecosystem.
Ryan D’Souza brings nearly three decades of leadership experience spanning enterprise technology, artificial intelligence, high-performance computing (HPC), hybrid cloud infrastructure, data centers, strategic partnerships, and business development. Prior to joining RMZ Digital Infrastructure, he spent more than 21 years with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), where he held a series of progressively senior leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Country Manager – HPC, AI & NonStop Solutions, leading HPE’s high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, and mission-critical infrastructure business in India. Concurrently, he also led the company’s Artificial Intelligence Business Unit in India, working closely with global headquarters to drive AI strategy and adoption.
During his tenure at HPE, Ryan also served as Country Manager – Ecosystem Sales, overseeing alliances, system integrators, ISVs, and OEM partnerships; Country Manager – Hybrid IT Compute Solutions, driving enterprise infrastructure growth; and Country Manager – Software Defined Datacenter & HPC, helping expand next-generation data center solutions across India. Earlier, during his long career with HP, he held leadership roles including National Manager – Hyperscale Business Unit and Regional Business Manager – ProLiant Servers, building deep expertise in enterprise computing, hyperscale infrastructure, cloud technologies, and strategic sales. Before joining HP, he held leadership positions at Ontrack Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (now Avnet Technology Solutions), S-Tronics Computers, Cyber World, and Calligraphics, building a strong foundation across technology sales, business operations, and commercial leadership.
Throughout his career, Ryan has developed extensive expertise in artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, hybrid cloud infrastructure, enterprise technology, digital infrastructure, hyperscale data centers, ecosystem partnerships, strategic sales, business development, revenue growth, and organizational leadership.
