Brossard, Quebec, Canada, June 2026 — Eaton has appointed Cristina T. as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at its Americas Innovation Center, strengthening its talent acquisition capabilities as the company continues to advance its mission around electrification, digitalization, and sustainable power management.
In her new role, Cristina will support strategic hiring initiatives across Eaton’s innovation and technology ecosystem, helping attract and develop the talent needed to drive the company’s next phase of growth and innovation. Her appointment brings to Eaton more than a decade of experience in executive search, technical recruitment, talent intelligence, and strategic workforce planning across North America.
Prior to joining Eaton, Cristina served as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at GE Vernova, where she led full-cycle recruitment for highly specialized technical and corporate positions across North America. She partnered with senior regional and global stakeholders, leveraged advanced talent intelligence platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentNeuron, Tableau, and AI-driven insights, and played a key role in supporting organizational transformation and recruitment process modernization initiatives.
Before GE Vernova, Cristina spent more than seven years with Radar Headhunters Inc. as Senior Recruiter, leading executive and senior leadership searches across Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Technology, and Financial Services sectors throughout North America and Europe. During her tenure, she developed deep expertise in executive assessment, market mapping, competitor intelligence, succession-oriented hiring, and complex compensation negotiations.
Earlier in her career, Cristina held recruitment leadership roles with Tundra Technical Solutions and Randstad Canada, where she specialized in technology, engineering, and professional services recruitment. She successfully delivered talent solutions for major organizations across sectors including information technology, engineering, infrastructure, financial services, and environmental services.
With extensive expertise spanning executive search, talent acquisition strategy, stakeholder management, workforce planning, talent intelligence, candidate experience, and recruitment transformation, Cristina brings a strong combination of strategic and operational recruitment leadership to Eaton.
