Singapore, December 2024 – Deepika G. has been named Global Head of People & Culture at Dropsuite, where she will lead the organization’s human capital strategies and foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and collaboration. Her extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership positions her to enhance Dropsuite’s global talent initiatives and drive its mission of providing advanced cloud software solutions.
Deepika G. joins Dropsuite after a distinguished tenure at ELEVATE, an LRQA company, where she served as Global Head of HR, VP-Human Resources, leading human resource strategies and initiatives for over two years. She also held the position of Global Head of HR, Director-Human Resources, where she developed industry-leading HR practices focused on sustainability and business risk management.
Prior to that, Deepika was an HR Leader at DECATHLON Hong Kong, where she contributed to building a robust human resources framework for the world’s largest sports retailer. She also served as Head of HR, Asia at Agorize, where she was instrumental in fostering innovation and creating high-performing teams across global operations.
Her career also includes leadership roles at Lalamove as Regional Countries Operations Lead, SEA, and Principal Consultant-APAC at Funds Partnership, further showcasing her expertise in operational management and strategic HR leadership.
