Hyderabad, Telangana, India – October 2024 – Deepika Vijaykumar has started a new role as Head – Human Resources at Product Armor. Deepika will lead the HR strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and employee engagement, while supporting Product Armor’s mission of pioneering automation and sustainable packaging solutions in the pharmaceutical sector.
Prior to joining Product Armor, Deepika was the Director, Head – HR at ekincare for over three years, where she was responsible for the overall HR strategy and execution. In this role, she managed organizational transformation, talent management, and employee experience, significantly contributing to the company’s growth.
Earlier, Deepika held HR leadership roles at Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited. She served as the Business HR Head for Primary Care, where she was instrumental in aligning HR strategies with the business goals of Apollo’s healthcare units. She also led HR initiatives for Apollo Sugar and Apollo Dental, enhancing HR processes and workforce engagement.
Deepika’s HR expertise further extends to her tenure at Clove Dental as the HR Lead – South and West India, where she managed HR operations, talent acquisition, and workforce development. She also gained valuable experience at Gleneagles Global Hospitals as an Assistant Manager – Corporate HR, contributing to HR processes across multiple locations.
Deepika’s early career includes her role as a Management Trainee – HR at Columbia Asia Hospitals, where she developed foundational HR skills and knowledge in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
