Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, January 2025 – Delaney Ellis has been appointed as Vice President, Learning & Performance at Assiniboine Credit Union. In this role, she will lead the organization’s learning and development strategies, focusing on enhancing employee performance and professional growth across the credit union.
Delaney Ellis has been with Assiniboine Credit Union for over three years, previously serving as Director, Learning & Performance since January 2022. During her tenure, she played a key role in developing learning frameworks and leadership development programs.

Before joining Assiniboine Credit Union, she served as a Human Resources Manager at Entegra Credit Union. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly nine years at Credit Union Central of Manitoba, holding roles including Manager, People Consulting, Senior Human Resources Consultant, and HR Consultant, where she specialized in talent management strategies, leadership development, and employee engagement.
