Milan, Lombardy, Italy, May 2025 – Desiree Pasa has been appointed as Head of People Development at Intesa Sanpaolo, bringing her extensive global experience in leadership development, talent strategy, and organizational growth to one of Italy’s leading financial institutions. In her new role, Desiree will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic people development initiatives that drive business growth, enhance leadership capabilities, and build a robust talent pipeline for long-term success.
Before joining Intesa Sanpaolo, Desiree was actively engaged as Co-Founder and Shareholder at Revolearn.co, where she led strategic innovation in neuroscience-based learning solutions. In this role, she contributed to scaling the company’s offerings, forging global client relationships, and deepening the impact of the proprietary ENGAGE methodology. She played a pivotal role in delivering bespoke programs for clients including Meta, Boehringer Ingelheim, and BBH Asia Pacific, establishing Revolearn as a trusted thought leader in the talent development space.
Prior to this, Desiree served as Head of Leadership and Talent Development, Asia Pacific at Bloomberg, where she led a regional team to enhance leadership capabilities, optimize performance strategies, and promote continuous learning across the organization. She collaborated directly with the regional HR leadership and the global talent development team, spearheading talent management strategies and succession planning across Asia Pacific.
Desiree also had a long and impactful stint at Meta, where over nearly seven years she held roles such as Business Learning Lead for the Global Business Group and Sales Learning Lead for Small Medium Business in Asia Pacific. She was instrumental in launching learning strategies that supported thousands of internal and external stakeholders, while championing diversity and inclusion, performance optimization, and career development initiatives across regions.
Earlier in her career, Desiree worked at Google for over five years in roles including Global Acquisitions People Development Program Manager, where she managed global sales learning strategies and partnered with key stakeholders to align people development with business priorities. She also gained commercial and client-facing experience at Luxottica and SEPHORA, developing a well-rounded perspective on business and people.
