Dharma Chandran Joins Toll Group as Chief People Officer

Toll Group, a global leader in logistics and transportation, has appointed Dharma Chandran as the new Chief People Officer. Chandran, brings with him an extensive background in human resources, organizational development, and strategic leadership, positioning him as a key asset to the Toll Group’s executive team in Singapore.

In his new role, Chandran reports directly to the Group CEO and is responsible for overseeing the organization’s people, culture, health, and safety strategies, aligning them with Toll Group’s mission to move the businesses that move the world.

Before joining Toll Group, Chandran held the position of Non-Executive Director at Macmahon, where he was a member of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Board Remuneration Committee. He also served as a Non-Executive Director at CEDA – Committee for Economic Development of Australia, emphasizing his significant experience in governance and human resources across various sectors.
