Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — Dhiraj Pariani has joined DAM Capital Advisors Limited as Executive Director, further strengthening the firm’s senior leadership as it advances its next phase of growth as a listed, pure-play investment bank. In this role, he will contribute to DAM Capital’s advisory, capital markets, and transaction execution capabilities across sectors.
Immediately prior to joining DAM Capital Advisors Limited, Dhiraj Pariani spent over four years with Metta Capital Advisors LLP as Executive Director, based in Mumbai. During this period, he advised on complex transactions and strategic mandates, working closely with promoters, investors, and institutional stakeholders across industrial and capital markets segments.
Before Metta Capital, he served as Vice President at Ambit Corporate Finance, where he was responsible for coverage of industrial markets. His work involved advising clients on capital raising, M&A, and strategic transactions, with a strong focus on execution excellence and investor engagement.
Earlier, Dhiraj Pariani was associated with Avista Advisory Group as Director, acting as lead banker for industrial markets. In this role, he advised on a range of mid-market and growth-oriented transactions, building deep sector expertise and client relationships.
A significant foundation of his career was built during his nearly decade-long tenure at KPMG Corporate Finance, where he progressed to Associate Director. He led and supervised transaction teams across M&A and capital advisory assignments, including preparation of information memoranda, financial modelling, valuation, investor outreach, negotiation of commercial terms, and coordination on legal and regulatory aspects of transactions.
Earlier in his career, he held roles at Urban Infrastructure Venture Capital Fund as Manager, focusing on financial feasibility analysis, IPO evaluations, and real estate sector research, and at JP Morgan as Team Leader, supporting real estate research, MIS reporting, and sector analytics—experiences that laid a strong analytical and execution-oriented foundation for his investment banking career.
