Kenya, June 2025 – Diana Nkirote has commenced her new role as Head of People and Culture at VisionFund Kenya, bringing with her a strong background in HR strategy, operations management, and organizational development. In her capacity, Diana will be responsible for steering the people and culture agenda, supporting VisionFund Kenya’s mission to empower families and uplift communities through innovative microfinance solutions.
Diana has been associated with VisionFund Kenya since October 2024, initially serving as People and Culture Manager, where she managed operations management and HR strategy on a hybrid basis. Her role included developing people-centric policies, supporting daily operations, and driving talent engagement initiatives within the organization.
Prior to joining VisionFund Kenya, Diana was Human Resource and Administration Manager at XRX Technologies Ltd in Kenya, where she led end-to-end performance management, recruitment, compliance, payroll administration, and employee engagement activities over a period of more than two years. Her tenure was marked by significant contributions to organizational compliance, talent development, and culture building.
Diana has also held the role of Human Resource and Administration Manager at Adept Technologies Kenya, where she played a critical part in large-scale hiring, policy review, and onboarding process improvements. Her earlier career at Professional Technologies saw her designing 360-performance management systems, spearheading staff orientation and engagement programs, and building key partnerships for internship programs.
She started her career as Acting Operations Manager/Human Resource Manager at Upper Hill Hotel, where she focused on team building, process improvements, and customer satisfaction. Diana holds a Master of Business Administration (Human Resource Management Option) from St. Paul’s University.
