Rochester, New York, United States, September 2025 – Diana Zarins Ansel has stepped into a new role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Arnold Magnetic Technologies, bringing with her a robust and diverse background in HR strategy, global business partnering, and organizational transformation across manufacturing and technology sectors.
Prior to this appointment, Diana Zarins Ansel served as Senior HR Business Partner at Norstella, where she provided strategic HR support to help drive the company’s talent and business goals during a critical period of growth and integration across multiple business units.
Before Norstella, Diana spent approximately eight years at Hexion Inc., where she held progressive leadership roles. As Director – Global Human Resources Business Partner, she led high-impact HR strategies globally, having earlier served as HR Business Partner – Corporate, overseeing talent planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across key functions.
Diana also held the position of Human Resources Director – Plant at Tropical Nut and Fruit / Hayden Valley Foods for nearly two years. During this tenure, she designed and implemented end-to-end HR frameworks, led compliance programs, and established performance and compensation systems that elevated organizational maturity.
Her early HR career includes a six-year tenure at Kahiki Foods, where she made a transformational impact as HR Manager – Plant. She spearheaded employer branding initiatives, reduced temporary associate turnover significantly, led cross-functional safety teams, and implemented a skill-based pay program—creating a high-performing, compliant, and safety-focused culture.
