London, England, United Kingdom, December 2024 – Dianne Remanous has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Advent, a leading global private equity firm. Dianne will lead Advent’s HR strategies and initiatives, driving organizational growth and fostering a dynamic, inclusive workplace culture.
Dianne brings over 25 years of diverse HR leadership experience spanning multiple industries and global markets. Before joining Advent, Dianne served as CHRO at Pantheon Ventures, where she spent two years overseeing global HR functions and building strategic initiatives that enhanced organizational effectiveness. Earlier, as Global Head of HR at Pantheon, she managed workforce strategy, leadership development, and employee engagement across international offices.
Previously, Dianne held the role of Senior Director, Global Head of HR at Capital Dynamics, where she successfully implemented HR transformation initiatives to align with the company’s rapid growth. Her tenure also includes serving as European HR Director at IMS Consulting Group, leading regional HR operations and talent management strategies.
Dianne’s career foundation includes HR leadership roles at organizations such as Morgan Stanley, Millward Brown, and Banco Caboto, as well as earlier experience in Australia with VWR International and Mullins Lawyers. These positions underscore her ability to manage complex HR frameworks in highly competitive industries.
