Milan, Italy, May 2026 — DiaSorin has appointed Gabriele Allegri as President of its Immuno Division, marking a significant leadership addition as the company continues to strengthen its precision medicine, companion diagnostics, and global immunodiagnostics capabilities. With more than two decades of leadership across pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and MedTech, Allegri brings extensive expertise in commercial strategy, precision medicine, oncology, immunology, and global healthcare transformation.
Prior to joining DiaSorin, Allegri served as Vice President, Global Commercial Precision Medicine at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, where he played a central role in advancing global precision medicine strategies and companion diagnostics integration.
Before this, he held several senior leadership roles across Johnson & Johnson, including Global Commercial Head – Precision Medicine, General Manager – Johnson & Johnson Diabetes Care Italy, and multiple franchise leadership positions across immunology, infectious diseases, oncology, and CNS portfolios. Over his long tenure, he drove business transformation, global commercialization, market access strategies, and large-scale healthcare innovation.
Allegri’s industry influence also extends to governance and strategic advisory through leadership positions such as Board Chair of the Precision Cancer Consortium, Director on the Board of Personalized Medicine Coalition, and advisory roles focused on precision healthcare advancement.
Earlier in his career, he held strategic consulting and business leadership roles at Accenture, MicroStrategy, and Exor International, building a diverse foundation across healthcare strategy, business development, and commercial innovation.
His appointment reflects DiaSorin’s commitment to expanding its leadership in specialty diagnostics, immunodiagnostics, and life sciences while accelerating innovation in precision medicine.
