Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Dilnavaz Ghadiali has been appointed as Group Head HR at Native, Northward and Woven. In this new role, she is expected to align people, culture, and capability to drive organizational performance, bringing with her a strong background in human resources, learning and development, and people strategy. Her appointment reflects the group’s focus on strengthening its people function and supporting continued growth through strong organizational capability.
Before taking on this role, Dilnavaz Ghadiali served as Senior Director Learning & Development at WPP Media in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Prior to that, she was associated with Sharekhan as Associate Vice President, where she also held responsibilities connected with learning and development leadership.
Earlier, she worked with Godrej Natures Basket Private Limited as Human Resources Manager, and with Hero Mindmine as Assistant Manager Content Development. She was also associated with The Chopras Institute of Professional Education as a Freelance Content Developer.
In the earlier phase of her career, Dilnavaz Ghadiali spent a long tenure with Tech Mahindra as Senior Executive Content Developer. Together, her experience across Native, WPP Media, Sharekhan, Godrej Natures Basket Private Limited, Hero Mindmine, The Chopras Institute of Professional Education, and Tech Mahindra reflects a progressive journey across human resources, learning, development, and content-led capability building.
With this appointment, Dilnavaz Ghadiali brings a well-rounded blend of HR and learning leadership to Native, Northward and Woven. Her experience across people, culture, and organizational capability is expected to support the group’s continued growth and talent priorities.
