Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2026 — Dinesh Kumar Duua has stepped into a new leadership role as Vice President – Corporate HR | Head Payroll and Employee Benefits at Max Healthcare, marking another significant milestone in a career spanning nearly three decades across human resources, compensation and benefits, payroll management, workforce planning, and employee relations. In his expanded position, he will continue to drive strategic HR initiatives, payroll governance, employee benefits, and workforce programs for one of India’s leading healthcare organizations.
Having spent close to a decade with Max Healthcare, Dinesh has steadily progressed through a series of senior HR leadership roles. Since joining the organization in 2016 as AGM HR | Head Payroll and Employee Benefits, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening payroll operations, compensation planning, employee benefits administration, HR policies, compliance frameworks, and workforce analytics. His subsequent elevations to Deputy General Manager, General Manager, and Associate Vice President reflect his sustained contribution to the organization’s people and operational excellence agenda.
Before joining Max Healthcare, Dinesh spent more than seven years with Doosan Power System India Private Limited, where he held multiple leadership positions including Senior Manager – Corporate HR – Head C&B | Payroll, Manager HR – Head C&B and Payroll, and Deputy Manager – HR. During this period, he led workforce planning, compensation and benefits programs, HR budgeting, performance management, global mobility initiatives, recruitment strategy, and employee engagement programs while supporting large-scale business operations.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Amsoft System Pvt. Limited as Assistant Manager – HR | Payroll, managing payroll, statutory compliance, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. He began his professional journey with Omega Construction Equipment Private Limited, where he spent more than six years handling payroll operations, compliance management, employee services, and HR administration. These experiences helped build the strong HR and compensation management expertise that has defined his leadership journey.
