Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States, December 2024 – Donna Bologna has taken on the role of Director of Human Resources for the enGen and Highmark Health Enterprise Data & Analytics organizations at Highmark Health. In this position, Donna will lead HR strategies and initiatives to optimize talent performance, organizational development, and culture, aligning with Highmark Health’s commitment to exceptional healthcare delivery and innovation.
Donna has been with Highmark Health for over eight years, during which she has held progressively senior HR roles. Most recently, she served as Director of Human Resources for AHN Wexford Campus, AHN CMO Organization & Allegheny Clinic Institutes, where she spearheaded multi-year organizational and talent strategies for several key medical facilities and departments. She also held the role of Director of Human Resources for AHN North, AHN Quality Safety & Value, and CMO Organization, leading HR transformations and providing strategic consulting to executive leaders.
Previously, Donna was Senior HR Leader for Highmark’s Pharmacy, Commercial & Government Markets, overseeing HR strategies for a $12 billion business portfolio. Her contributions included building a high-performance culture and driving operational excellence.
Before her tenure at Highmark Health, Donna held various leadership roles at Eaton Corporation, including Director of Human Resources – Transportation, Military & Aerospace Division, where she managed global HR operations for a $300 million business with 1,500 employees across multiple international sites. She also served as Regional Human Resource Manager and Manager of Organizational Development, demonstrating her expertise in talent development, change management, and strategic HR practices.
