West Palm Beach, Florida, United States, July 2025 – Donna Manion has joined Farm Credit of Florida as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this key leadership role, she will guide the organization’s investment in human capital, shape cultural evolution, and collaborate closely with the leadership team and Board to strengthen support for Florida’s agricultural community.
With over 25 years of progressive HR leadership experience, Donna brings a proven track record in aligning people strategy with business goals across diverse sectors including finance, media, retail, and consulting. She joins Farm Credit of Florida from Suncoast Credit Union, where she served as Vice President, Human Resources. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in talent development, organizational planning, and enhancing employee experience across one of Florida’s largest credit unions.
Prior to Suncoast, Donna spent over nine years at GSP as Vice President of Human Resources, leading people strategy, talent management, and HR operations across facilities in Florida, Wisconsin, and Utah. She partnered with the executive team to support the organization’s rapid growth and scalability initiatives, while fostering a strong work culture and career development programs.
Earlier in her career, she founded and led RYB Consulting, offering HR and strategy advisory services to a diverse clientele including Verizon, Mosaic, credit unions, law firms, and start-ups. She also served as Human Resources Director at Media General, supporting 1,200 employees across platforms like The Tampa Tribune, WFLA-News Channel 8, and TBO.com. She began her corporate journey as Compensation Manager at Intermedia Communications, specializing in executive rewards and total compensation for a 5,000-employee organization.
Donna’s deep expertise in HR strategy, executive leadership, and organizational design will be instrumental as Farm Credit of Florida continues to scale its impact across 36 counties and 13 branches.
