Kenosha, Wisconsin, United States, May 2025 – Doug O’Reilly has joined Aptia Group as US Chief Information Officer, bringing with him a distinguished career of more than two decades in IT strategy, application development, and enterprise modernization. In his new role, Doug will spearhead Aptia’s US technology vision and lead initiatives focused on innovation, security, cloud transformation, and scalable digital architecture in support of employee benefits and pension administration services.
Before joining Aptia, Doug O’Reilly served as Vice President of Global Innovation & Emerging Technology at Alight Solutions, where he bridged engineering, product, and business teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions across cloud, SaaS, and integration platforms. He also held the role of Vice President of Information Technology at Alight, leading enterprise architecture and platform modernization.
Previously, Doug spent nearly nine years at Uline, initially as IT Director of Supply Chain Systems and later as Vice President of Application Development. He led large-scale modernization projects, including replacing legacy AS400 systems and driving enterprise-wide digital transformation across supply chain, e-commerce, and customer experience layers.
Earlier in his career, Doug spent over 14 years at Aon Hewitt, rising through several leadership roles including IT Director and Technology Portfolio Manager. He was instrumental in delivering integrated HR and benefits systems for major clients and managing large development teams focused on enterprise architecture and reporting platforms.
Doug began his professional journey as a Programmer Analyst and rapidly advanced through technical and leadership roles. His career is marked by a deep commitment to innovation, scalable infrastructure, and people-first technology development.
