Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 – Dr. Anjali Nair has taken on a new leadership role as Global HRBP and Talent Management COE Leader at Mastech Digital. In this position, she will drive global HR business partnering, strengthen talent management frameworks, and support the organization’s digital-first growth agenda across geographies.
A seasoned HR leader with nearly two decades of experience across global technology enterprises, Dr. Nair brings deep expertise in multi-market HR strategy, leadership development, and workforce transformation.
Prior to joining Mastech Digital, Dr. Anjali Nair served as Global HR Director at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) for nearly a year. She acted as the Global HRBP Leader for the Content Operations Organisation, partnering with leadership teams to align people strategy with business priorities and enabling large-scale transformation initiatives.
Before LSEG, she was with Bosch Global Software Technologies as Global HRBP Director – Software and Digital Solutions for over a year and a half. In this role, she led HR for global locations across APJ, North America, and Europe for a workforce of approximately 3,500 employees, representing HR for all market-facing opportunities and driving strategic capability building.
Dr. Nair spent more than five years with Dell Technologies, where she held progressive leadership roles including Global HRBP Leader – E-Commerce, Consumer/Channel Sales and Customer COE and Regional HRBP Leader – Consumer and Small Business, Asia Pacific & Japan. She partnered with large, multi-regional teams across APJ, EMEA, LATAM, and North America, supporting workforce planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
Earlier, she contributed over five years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as Senior Manager HR (Senior HRBP) and Manager HR, managing enterprise sales, R&D, and supply chain functions. Her responsibilities spanned the full employee lifecycle—compensation, engagement, analytics, grievance handling, and capability development.
Her formative years were with HCL Technologies, where across seven years she progressed from Senior Executive HR to Deputy Manager HR, managing large strategic accounts and HR operations for employee bases exceeding 2,000 professionals.
Dr. Anjali Nair holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from the Swiss School of Business and Management (2021–2024). She also completed an Executive Program in Strategic Human Resource Management from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (2019–2020) and an MBA in HR from SIES College of Management Studies (2004–2006).
