McMaken, who brings a wealth of experience from his current role as Chief Financial Officer at Brinks, will serve on both the Audit committee and Nomination and Governance committee.

Kurt McMaken’s background includes significant roles in financial and operational leadership. Before his current role at Brinks, he was the senior vice president of Operations Finance and Finance Transformation at Eaton Corporation plc, capping a distinguished 20-year tenure with the company that included various senior financial and management positions. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their Audit & Business Advisory Services practice.
McMaken holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
