Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 — EC Prasad has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Raymond Lifestyle Limited, strengthening the leadership team as the company continues to build scale and sharpen its financial governance framework. With over two decades of experience across consumer durables, FMCG, and international businesses, Prasad brings a strong blend of financial leadership, strategic planning, and business transformation expertise.
Prior to joining Raymond Lifestyle Limited, EC Prasad served as Chief Financial Officer at Bajaj Electricals Ltd, where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s finance function and supporting its strategic and operational priorities. His tenure at Bajaj Electricals also included a phase as Vice President – Finance and CFO Designate, reflecting his deep involvement in leadership transition and financial stewardship.
Before this, Prasad held multiple senior roles at Voltas Limited, a Tata Group enterprise. His responsibilities included serving as General Manager & Finance Head – International Operations, where he managed finance for overseas businesses, as well as earlier leadership positions such as Head of Commercial and All India Commercial Manager, contributing to commercial strategy and large-scale operations over several years.
Earlier in his career, EC Prasad was associated with Emami Ltd as Commercial Manager, gaining foundational experience in FMCG finance and commercial operations that helped shape his long-term leadership journey across diverse sectors.
