eClerx appoints Karolina Kocalevski as its new Chief Marketing Officer

NEW YORK, NY, March 27, 2024 – eClerx Services Ltd (ECLX:IN), a leading provider of business process management, automation, and analytics services, today proudly announced the appointment of Karolina Kocalevski as the new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Kocalevski will assume a pivotal role in developing and implementing the company’s global brand, marketing, and public relations strategy, with a focus on enhancing eClerx’s brand positioning and driving growth. She will be operating from New York City, serving as the chief brand ambassador for the company.

With an impressive career spanning over two decades in global B2B marketing, including significant leadership experience in the US, Kocalevski has a proven track record of building brand equity and stimulating growth through account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation initiatives. Her extensive background includes senior roles at major global corporations such as PwC, Thomson Reuters, McGraw-Hill, and Deloitte, as well as significant contributions to mid-sized private equity-backed companies.

Before joining eClerx, Kocalevski was an integral part of the leadership team at Orion Innovation, where she served as the VP, Global Head of Marketing and Communications. In this role, she successfully overhauled the corporate brand and marketing functions. Kocalevski is also well-educated in her field, holding an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting, International Marketing) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
