Lisbon, Portugal, September 2025 — Eduardo Andrade has been promoted to Vice President, People at Feedzai, where he will lead the company’s global people agenda, enabling people experience, business partnership, and workplace strategies to actively contribute to an outstanding employee journey.
Eduardo joined Feedzai in early 2024 as Global Senior Director of Talent Management & Programs, where he designed and implemented innovative talent programs rooted in Feedzai’s core principles—grit, raising the bar, ownership, teamwork, and global mindset. His leadership helped strengthen culture, develop robust people partnerships with managers, and deliver impactful employee experiences.
Prior to Feedzai, Eduardo served as Head of Talent and Culture at CARDO AI, and later as Talent Advisor, where he drove global organizational design, workforce planning, and DEI initiatives, ensuring scalable structures and embedding culture into business growth.
He previously spent over seven years at OutSystems, where he rose to become Manager of HR Business Partners – Product Group, supporting nearly 900 professionals and 150 leaders globally. In this role, he managed performance cycles, talent programs, and leadership engagement, making a significant contribution to OutSystems’ scale-up journey. He also worked as Lead Recruiter, doubling OutSystems’ engineering and product management workforce.
Eduardo’s earlier career spans HR consulting and recruitment roles at QiBit, Randstad, Multipessoal, and an HR traineeship at El Corte Inglés, where he built a strong foundation in technical recruiting, workforce design, and HR operations.
