Tel Aviv District, Israel, March 2025 — Elad Avni has taken on the role of Chief Information Officer at Guideline Group, bringing with him over two decades of expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud operations, and compliance. His appointment marks a strategic move by the company to enhance its technological capabilities and streamline digital transformation efforts across its business verticals.
Before joining Guideline Group, Elad served as Director of Global IT, Cybersecurity, SecOps, Compliance, and Production Cloud Ops at Gravyty, where he led international IT strategy across the US and Israel. He oversaw major cloud infrastructure initiatives, spearheaded SOC2 and TX-RAMP compliance, and directed critical cybersecurity risk and threat response planning.
Earlier, Elad spent nearly seven years at 888 Holdings as Infrastructure Group Lead, managing global data center operations and hybrid cloud environments while leading high-performing infrastructure teams. He also served as Head of IT at Walla! NEWS, where he introduced cutting-edge DevOps practices, CI/CD systems, and IT modernization frameworks.
His earlier roles include leadership positions at Alvarion Ltd., Pelephone, and Bank Leumi, where he was instrumental in managing enterprise systems, virtualization platforms, and storage infrastructure.
At Guideline Group, Elad will oversee enterprise-wide IT strategy, with a focus on elevating system performance, driving innovation, and ensuring top-tier security standards. His leadership is expected to play a key role in strengthening the organization’s digital infrastructure across its core sectors of capital markets, law, finance, and taxation.
