Gündoğdu’s journey at The St. Regis Istanbul began in March 2023 as a Human Resources Manager, where she quickly made a notable impact in streamlining HR operations and enhancing staff recruitment and training processes. Her promotion within just over a year at the hotel underscores her significant contributions to the HR department and her deep understanding of the intricate needs of a luxury hospitality environment.
Prior to joining The St. Regis, Gündoğdu held a position as HR & Training Manager at Wish More Hotel Istanbul for six months, where she developed key HR policies and training programs that elevated the hotel’s service standards. Her role at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as a Human Resources Supervisor also equipped her with robust skills in HR recruitment and policy management, which she has effectively applied in her subsequent positions.
Her professional story includes significant tenure at Wish More Hotel Istanbul, where she progressed from an Assistant Human Resources & Training Manager to a Human Resources Specialist, sharpening her skills in policy implementation, employee engagement, and comprehensive HR management.
