Alina Iancu joins RomCapital Invest from adidas, where she served as Global HR Director for around 2 years and 7 months. In this role, she led HR for Digital and Sales Tech, supporting corporate functions with a focus on relationship building and HR metrics.
Prior to adidas, Alina worked at Filip & Company for approximately 4 years and 9 months as a Human Resources Manager, where she created and implemented an employee experience-focused HR strategy and designed HR processes as integrated strategic tools.
Alina also held the position of HR Business Partner/IT Hub HR Lead at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre Romania for about 1 year and 2 months, facilitating the full employee lifecycle with excellence and building dedicated HR programs to support growth.
Her earlier experience includes roles at Oracle as an HR Business Partner for approximately 1 year and 3 months, and various positions at Xerox over a span of 7 years and 1 month, including Senior Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Analyst, Xerox Global Services Assistant, and HR Assistant.
