Baltimore, Maryland, United States, August 2024 – Bora Pharmaceuticals has appointed Elizabeth M. Miclette as the new Director, Human Resources. In this role, Elizabeth will lead strategic HR initiatives, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement to support Bora Pharmaceuticals’ growth and innovation in the pharmaceutical industry.
Prior to joining Bora Pharmaceuticals, Elizabeth served as Director, Human Resources at Emergent BioSolutions for over five years. There, she provided strategic HR leadership to multiple manufacturing sites and was instrumental in aligning HR strategies with global initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Before her tenure at Emergent BioSolutions, Elizabeth held various roles at Baltimore Aircoil Company for nearly 11 years. Notably, she served as Manager, HR Operations – North America, where she led corporate HR functions and implemented critical initiatives across multiple U.S. facilities. Earlier, she served as Corporate Human Resources Manager, focusing on compensation, performance management, and policy development.
Elizabeth’s early career included roles such as Manager, Benefits & Compensation at Baltimore Aircoil Company, and Human Resources Manager at Scholle Corporation, where she honed her skills in employee relations, compensation management, and HR operations.
