Prince Rupert, British Columbia, Canada, August 2024 – Holly Atkin has embarked on a new journey as the Director of Human Resources at Prince Rupert Port Authority, where she will lead the HR strategy and operations to support the organization’s growth and commitment to excellence. Holly’s extensive experience in talent management and human capital strategies makes her a valuable addition to the leadership team at Prince Rupert Port Authority.
Prior to this role, Holly served as Manager, Talent Management at Prince Rupert Port Authority for over a year, where she played a key role in developing and implementing talent strategies that aligned with the organization’s objectives.
Before joining Prince Rupert Port Authority, Holly was the Senior Human Capital Business Partner at NMG Consulting, where she provided strategic HR support and managed complex business partnerships.
Holly’s career also includes her role as a Senior Talent Business Partner at Copperleaf, where she led initiatives to enhance talent acquisition and employee engagement, and as a People Business Partner at Aviva, where she managed various HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and change initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Holly gained experience as a Consultant at Goldsmiths and as an Employee Advisor at Argos, where she honed her skills in employee relations and HR advisory roles.
