United States, August 2024 – gategroup has announced the appointment of Noor Tarczon as the new Director, Human Resources Business Unit. Noor will lead the HR strategy across the business unit, driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development within the company.
Prior to joining gategroup, Noor served at Swissport for nearly seven years, where she held various HR leadership roles. Most recently, she was the Associate Relations Manager for the East Region, a position she held for nearly two years. Before this, she was the Regional Manager, Human Resource Business Partner for the Central Area, where she played a critical role in managing HR functions across multiple stations.
Noor also served as Area Manager, Human Resource Business Partner in the Midwest, and earlier, she was the Manager, HR Business Partner for the ORD and MDW stations.
Earlier in her career, Noor gained valuable HR experience at Sears Holdings Corporation, where she worked for over eight years, including roles as Human Resources/Operations Manager and Human Resources Manager.
