Los Angeles, California, United States, July 2025 – Elizabeth Quaid has taken on a new role as Vice President of Human Resources at Innovative Dining Group (IDG). In her new capacity, Elizabeth will spearhead HR strategy and execution for the company’s acclaimed restaurant portfolio across the United States and international markets, overseeing talent management, organizational culture, compliance, and leadership development.
Elizabeth brings a wealth of experience in hospitality HR leadership. Prior to joining Innovative Dining Group, she served for nearly three years at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, most recently as Director of People & Culture at the Denver property. In this role, she was part of the Executive Planning Committee and led transformative HR initiatives that significantly improved employee engagement, belonging, and compliance training completion. She also launched the hotel’s first Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) Committee.
Earlier, Elizabeth held leadership positions at The Kitchen Restaurant Group over a period of approximately three and a half years, culminating in her role as Vice President of Human Resources. She led all HR operations across seven restaurant locations, implemented strategic organizational changes during the pandemic, and was recognized with the 2020 Home Office MVP Award for her impact and resilience during that time.
Before that, Elizabeth spent around two years with Crafted Hospitality in New York, first as Human Resources Manager and then as Director of Human Resources. She oversaw HR operations for 600 employees across multiple venues and introduced various employee engagement, wellness, and compliance programs to strengthen company culture and performance.
Her earlier experiences include critical HR and employee relations roles at The William Vale, Levy Restaurants, USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, and Pepsi Center/University of Colorado. Across these assignments, Elizabeth built her expertise in full-cycle recruitment, HRIS management, union relations, payroll, performance tracking, and culture-building initiatives.
