Newport, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Proxima has appointed Emily Beese as Global Head of Talent Development. In this role, she will lead the company’s global learning and development strategy, enhance leadership programs, and drive talent growth initiatives to support Proxima’s expanding workforce.
Emily Beese has been with Proxima for over a decade, holding various leadership roles in talent development, procurement, and consultancy. Before stepping into this new role, she served as Principal Consultant – Global Talent Development, where she played a key role in building leadership development frameworks, refining talent strategies, and implementing high-impact learning initiatives.
Prior to that, Emily was Delivery Enablement Manager and Talent Development Manager, where she spearheaded employee growth programs and talent engagement strategies, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline. Earlier in her career, she held roles as Senior Consultant, Procurement Specialist, and Procurement Advisor, gaining deep expertise in procurement strategies, category management, and organizational transformation.
Her prior experience includes Category Manager at UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UKSBS) and Buyer roles at Wales & West Utilities and GE Healthcare, where she developed a strong foundation in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and business transformation.
