Bringing over two decades of experience in talent acquisition, strategic hiring, and HR leadership, Nikki has a proven track record of scaling high-growth teams and optimizing recruitment processes. Before joining Vitable Health, she was Manager of Customer Success (TA and HR) at Rival, where she spearheaded client relations, account management, and strategic partnerships.
Prior to that, she served as Head of Talent Acquisition and People Operations at Mantra Health, overseeing recruitment strategies, onboarding programs, and employee lifecycle initiatives. She also played a pivotal role at Nomad Health and Doma, successfully leading workforce expansion, DEI strategy, and talent engagement.
With deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, HR analytics, and employee experience, Nikki is set to strengthen Vitable Health’s talent strategy and support its continued growth in providing concierge healthcare services to underserved communities.
