In her most recent role at DriveWealth, Emily Ellis served as Chief People Officer and later as a Senior Advisor, where she helped shape people strategy and organizational development initiatives in a fast-scaling fintech environment. Her tenure at DriveWealth built on earlier leadership as Head of People, where she focused on strengthening HR capabilities and supporting business growth.
Prior to her people leadership roles, Emily Ellis held operational leadership positions at Lyft, including serving as General Manager for Washington, D.C., where she oversaw market operations and cross-functional teams. She also held senior business operations roles at SocialCode and leadership positions at 2U, contributing to operational scaling and performance improvement initiatives in dynamic, growth-focused environments.
