In her new role, Emily leads the People, Culture & Experience organization, focusing on uniting teams, elevating leadership practices, and reinforcing the company’s CARE values—Compassion, Adaptability, Resourcefulness, and Empathy.
Emily previously served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at TheKey Home Care, where she supported organizational growth and helped drive workforce clarity, consistency, and cultural alignment. Her leadership contributed to strengthening systems and developing people-focused strategies that improved employee experience across the national workforce.
Before joining TheKey, Emily was Executive Vice President, Human Resources at BoldAge PACE, where she provided strategic and operational HR leadership during the company’s transition to a multi-state model. She played a key role in preparing the HR function for scalable growth and national expansion.
Earlier, Emily spent more than 11 years at AccentCare, Inc., serving in roles including Vice President Human Resources M&A, Vice President Human Resources, Hospice Division, Vice President Human Resources (Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care), and National Director, HR Operations. During this period, she led large-scale post-acquisition integration initiatives, strengthened HR compliance frameworks, built M&A-centric culture strategies, and supported thousands of employees across multiple service lines and geographies.
Emily began her career in talent sourcing and HR operations through roles at EnduraCare Therapy Management, Kindred Hospitals, and Truist, laying a strong foundation in workforce planning, talent acquisition, HR programs, and operational excellence. These formative experiences shaped her ability to build systems, improve processes, and lead people-centered transformation across complex healthcare environments.
