Vinammra Singh Elevated to Assistant Vice President & Zonal Head HR at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited

Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2025 — Axis Max Life Insurance Limited has announced the elevation of Vinammra Singh to Assistant Vice President & Zonal Head – Human Resources (North 1 & East 2). This marks a significant milestone in his career, recognizing his leadership in driving HR strategy, talent management, and employee engagement across key business zones.

Vinammra has been with Axis Max Life Insurance Limited for over two and a half years, where he has played a pivotal role as Zonal HR – North Zone, managing a team of regional HR business partners and overseeing critical HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance. His efforts have contributed significantly to strengthening people processes and aligning HR strategy with business goals across diverse markets.

Before his tenure at Axis Max Life, Vinammra was associated with IndusInd Bank as Zonal Manager – AVP HR, where he led HR operations for 123 branches across liability sales and branch banking. His strong understanding of business partnering and workforce dynamics helped improve employee productivity and engagement in one of India’s fastest-growing banking networks.

Previously, he served as Team Lead – HR Business Partner at BYJU’S, managing HR operations and performance management frameworks for large sales teams. His early career includes impactful stints at Max Life Insurance, Bharti Airtel, and Access Technology, where he gained robust experience in HR policies, employee engagement, and talent development.

In his new role as Assistant Vice President & Zonal Head HR, Vinammra will continue to lead strategic HR initiatives across the North 1 and East 2 zones, focusing on enhancing workforce capability, strengthening leadership pipelines, and driving a culture of excellence across the organization’s extensive life insurance network.
