Emily Poulton has recently stepped into the role of People and Capability Partner at One Harvest.
Prior to joining One Harvest, Poulton developed her expertise at Witron Service Australia, where she served as an HR Business Partner for over a year and a half, focusing on coaching, performance management, and strategic HR planning. Her career trajectory also includes impactful roles at BUSY At Work as a Recruitment Partner and at Programmed Professionals, where she honed her skills in recruitment and workforce planning for more than a year.
Poulton’s journey in the HR began with positions at Spotless Group, where she specialized in talent acquisition, and at Baytech Industrial (now Acclaimed Workforce), contributing significantly to recruitment and account management. Her early experiences also encompass work with Bartercard and Team Systems Materials Handling, laying a solid foundation in business development and customer service.
One Harvest, known for its commitment to producing a range of healthy food products, including pre-packed salads and fresh sealed beetroot, stands to benefit greatly from Poulton’s expertise.
