Cleveland, Ohio, United States, March 2025 – Emily Yen has been named Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Avtron Power Solutions, bringing a wealth of experience in human capital strategy, organizational development, and talent management to the company. In her new role, she will lead people and culture initiatives globally, focusing on employee engagement, leadership development, and workforce transformation to support Avtron’s continued growth.
Prior to this role, Emily served as Global Vice President, People and Culture at Avtron Power Solutions, where she played a pivotal role in developing HR frameworks and strengthening organizational culture. Before joining Avtron, she spent nearly six years at ChromaScape, where she held leadership positions, including Vice President, Human Capital, leading initiatives in talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic HR planning.
Earlier in her career, Emily worked at Progressive Insurance as an HR Consultant, contributing to key HR functions, and spent nearly seven years as a Senior Consultant at Gallup, where she specialized in employee engagement, leadership assessment, and workforce analytics. She also held an 11-year tenure at ClubCorp, where she advanced to Vice President of HR, overseeing corporate HR strategies and leadership programs.
