Amsterdam, Netherlands, May 2026 — Emma Furniss has been appointed as Chief People Officer (CPO) at Ayvens, effective 1 June 2026. She will join the executive committee to lead the company’s global people strategy as Ayvens accelerates its transformation and international growth.
In her new role, Emma will focus on strengthening organizational transformation, leadership capability, and culture—key priorities as the company scales its global mobility and fleet management operations.
Emma Furniss joins Ayvens from Philips, where she spent over a decade in progressively senior HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Head of People for the Precision Diagnosis Business and Health Systems Services, leading people strategy for critical global business units.
During her tenure at Philips, she also led Learning and Talent Innovation globally, overseeing leadership development, talent management, and enterprise-wide capability building initiatives. She previously held roles in HR strategy, innovation, and business partnering, contributing to large-scale transformation programs across global teams.
Earlier in her career, Emma worked at Booz & Company (now part of Strategy&), where she built a strong foundation in organizational transformation, operating model design, and strategic consulting.
Emma Furniss holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
