Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, May 2026 – Niamh McCabe has been promoted to Chief People Officer at Aergo Capital, marking a significant leadership advancement as the company strengthens its global people strategy and organizational capabilities.
Niamh joined Aergo Capital approximately a year ago as Head of Human Resources and has since played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people agenda. Her elevation to Chief People Officer reflects her impact in driving talent strategy, strengthening organizational culture, and aligning human capital initiatives with business growth across the global platform.
In her new role, she will lead Aergo Capital’s global people strategy, focusing on building a high-performing organization, enhancing employee experience, and supporting the company’s continued expansion across international markets. As a member of the senior leadership team, she will play a critical role in enabling the company’s long-term growth through strategic workforce initiatives.
Prior to joining Aergo Capital, Niamh served as Head of People at BNRG, where she led people strategy during a period of organizational development and growth. Her leadership in this role further strengthened her expertise in building scalable people frameworks across dynamic business environments.
Earlier, she spent close to five years at AMCK Aviation, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Vice President & Head of Human Resources and Vice President & Head of Human Resources. During her tenure, she led HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development initiatives, contributing to the company’s growth in the aviation leasing sector.
Niamh also brings extensive experience from her long tenure of over a decade at AerCap, where she served as Head of Human Resources for AerCap Ireland Ltd. In this role, she was instrumental in developing HR frameworks, supporting large-scale operations, and strengthening leadership capabilities within one of the world’s leading aircraft leasing organizations.
She holds a Master’s degree in Work & Organisational Behaviour from Dublin City University, further strengthening her expertise in organizational design, employee engagement, and leadership development.
