Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States – October 2024 – Ena Sawhney has been named the Director of Talent & Performance Management at Day & Zimmermann. In her new role, Ena will lead the strategic development and implementation of talent management, performance optimization, and employee engagement programs across the organization.
Prior to joining Day & Zimmermann, Ena was a Senior Manager, HRBP (CX, Ops, and Tech) at Coinbase for 1 year, where she focused on supporting critical business functions through strategic HR initiatives. Earlier, she served as the Senior Manager of Talent Management & Effectiveness at Coinbase for 2 years, leading company-wide talent development and performance programs.
Before Coinbase, Ena was the Global Head of People Advisory at Ugam for about 8 months, overseeing global HR strategy, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. She was responsible for aligning talent strategies with business goals, enhancing the company’s people operations.
At Dynamic Results LLC, Ena worked as a Leadership & Strategy Senior Consultant for 11 months, where she advised clients on leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational culture transformation.
Ena’s journey in management consulting began at PwC, where she spent over 4 years in various roles, including Manager, People & Organization (Management Consulting), and Senior Associate, People Analytics. During her tenure, she focused on HR transformation, people analytics, and leadership strategy, contributing to business growth and HR effectiveness.
