Malang, East Java, Indonesia — Eno Sena Pradipta has recently been appointed as the Chief People Officer at PT. Noij Indonesia Global, a key player in the Indonesian sportswear market.
Eno brings a wealth of experience, with over 15 years in various HR and IT management roles, to his new position at PT. Noij Indonesia Global. Before this role, he served as a Service Desk Engineer at Lyte, where from September 2022 to April 2023, he ensured optimal IT service management and user support across different departments and regions. His role involved significant responsibilities from asset tracking to Microsoft Azure administration and developing productivity tools.
Prior to his time at Lyte, Eno was part of ECCO Shoes as an ID Supporter at the Global Service Desk from May 2018 to September 2022. In this capacity, he supported a complex IT environment for a global workforce, enhancing systems for customer service and internal communications across multiple continents.
Eno’s career also includes a pivotal role at Mitra Integrasi Informatika, where he worked as an IT Helpdesk Associate from April 2015 to April 2017. His responsibilities included managing IT support for a major mining operation, demonstrating his capability to handle high-pressure and technically demanding environments.
Additionally, Eno has developed a strong foundation in IT and HR through his earlier experiences, which include roles at PT. Netmarks Indonesia and an internship at Malang State University, where he focused on network maintenance and troubleshooting.
