With over two decades of international leadership experience spanning the United States, Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India, Eravi is widely recognized for building scalable technology-driven businesses and forging strategic alliances with some of the world’s leading enterprises, including Apple, Microsoft, Sony, Paramount, Fox, Verizon, BT, and Deloitte. His appointment underscores Hexaware’s vision to accelerate innovation and create future-ready solutions that redefine enterprise transformation globally.
Before joining Hexaware, Eravi served as Chief Revenue Officer at both HeadSpin and Ema Unlimited, where he drove global business growth through AI-led go-to-market strategies, customer success frameworks, and partnerships across the enterprise software and platform ecosystem. As the Founder and CEO of Y2G.ai Inc, he focused on enterprise AI adoption, startup incubation, and venture advisory, helping businesses bridge the gap between innovation and execution.
Previously, Eravi held a distinguished 18-year tenure at Wipro, where he rose to become Vice President & Global Business Head – Platforms and Software Products (PSP). At Wipro, he led one of the company’s fastest-growing global business units, delivering over 50% CAGR and fostering innovation across cloud-native operations, AI, data analytics, and business process management. He also established technology partnerships that built a $2 billion ecosystem, reflecting his ability to integrate strategy, technology, and scale.
