Washington, D.C., United States, January 2025 – Eric Woolf has joined ContourGlobal as the Vice President, Human Resources Americas. In his new role, Woolf will lead strategic human resources initiatives across the Americas region, aligning HR practices with business goals to foster cultural evolution, leadership development, and employee engagement. He will also drive innovation in compensation, benefits, and talent strategies to ensure operational excellence and organizational success.
Prior to joining ContourGlobal, Eric served as the Human Resources Director North America at Coesia S.p.A. for over a year. In this role, he implemented HR processes across regional operations, led strategic workforce planning, and promoted internal job rotations and cross-functional collaboration, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Before his tenure at Coesia, Eric held the position of Global Process Owner – Hire to Retire at ADM. Over ten months, he led continuous improvement initiatives to optimize global HR processes, driving seamless transitions in HR technology and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Eric also spent nearly a decade at GE Aerospace, where he held several leadership roles, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Employee Relations Manager, and Talent Recruitment Operations Leader. He was instrumental in driving HR strategies, enhancing diversity and inclusion initiatives, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Earlier in his career, Eric gained valuable leadership experience as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army, where he managed large teams and assets, earning distinctions such as the Bronze Star and the Combat Infantryman Badge for his service in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
