Erin Schutter brings over two decades of experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry. Before joining USI, she spent over six years at Gunn-Mowery, LLC, excelling as a Sales Executive, where she played a key role in expanding client portfolios and delivering customized insurance solutions.

Prior to Gunn-Mowery, Erin held the position of Vice President of Employee Benefits at The Kilmer Group for six years. In this role, she demonstrated her leadership in developing tailored benefit strategies and fostering strong client relationships, contributing to the organization’s sustained growth.
Her career began with nearly a decade at The HDH Group, Inc. (now HUB International), where she worked as a Client Advisor, providing exceptional service and expert guidance to her clients. Erin’s earlier experience includes her tenure as an Account Executive at Post-Newsweek Tech Media Group, showcasing her expertise in account management and business development.
