Singapore, February 2026 — Evercore has appointed Benjamin Hart as Senior Managing Director & Head of Asia Private Capital Advisory (PCA), effective February 2026.
In this leadership role, Hart will head Evercore’s Asia Private Capital Advisory division, strengthening the firm’s capabilities across private markets advisory, strategic capital solutions, and investor engagement in the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Singapore, he will work closely with institutional investors, family offices, and private capital sponsors across the region.
Prior to joining Evercore, Hart spent over a decade at Adams Street Partners as Partner & Head of Investor Relations (Asia), where he oversaw client relationships across Asia. During his tenure, he worked closely with institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, pension plans, endowments, and family offices, supporting private markets strategies spanning venture, buyout, growth equity, and private credit.
Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at Capital Dynamics, including Managing Director, Head of Business Development (North America & Asia) and Managing Director, COO Asia, where he led regional business expansion and operational oversight across private equity and clean energy investments.
Hart also previously served as Managing Director – Asia Pacific at Aircom International, Vice President – Asia Pacific at Convergys, and held senior business development roles across China and Southeast Asia, building and scaling regional operations across complex, multi-market environments.
With more than two decades of global leadership experience across private markets, investment management, and regional business expansion, Hart brings strong strategic and capital advisory expertise to Evercore’s Asia platform.
