Florence will lead the company’s financial strategy and operations, focusing on driving sustainable growth and supporting StationMD’s mission to deliver superior telemedicine care to vulnerable populations.
Florence has been with StationMD since January 2021, steadily advancing through roles of increasing responsibility. She most recently served as Senior Vice President of Finance, overseeing the company’s financial planning, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. Previously, as Vice President of Finance, Florence contributed to operational excellence and financial oversight, solidifying StationMD’s position as a leader in telemedicine solutions.
Prior to StationMD, Florence spent over two decades at Bed Bath & Beyond, where she held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Strategic Finance and Vice President of Sales & Marketing Analytics. She played a pivotal role in building the company’s analytics capabilities, modernizing financial processes, and delivering actionable insights to drive sales and profitability.
Florence also gained extensive experience as a Director of Finance at Bed Bath & Beyond and honed her skills in accounting and financial analysis through earlier roles, including at Arthur Andersen & Co.
