Dubai, United Arab Emirates, October 2024 – Frederic Brouard has taken on a new role as Vice President Human Resources EurAsia Commercial Enablement at Medtronic, where he will lead HR strategies across the entire EurAsia region. In this role, Frederic will focus on transforming and enhancing HR operations to drive commercial success across this key geography.
Frederic has been with Medtronic for almost a decade. His most recent role before this promotion was Vice President Human Resources for the EMEA Region Led Markets, where he played a critical role in leading HR teams and supporting strategic business transformations. His responsibilities spanned 120 countries, with oversight of 3,000 employees and revenues of over $2.1 billion.
Prior to this, Frederic served as the Regional Senior HR Director for EMEA Region Led Markets for approximately a year and a half, where he partnered closely with senior leadership to execute strategic HR initiatives. He was also a key member of the Global Leadership Team of HR, working towards driving business outcomes through HR excellence.
Before that, Frederic held the role of Senior Regional HR Director for MEACAT & CEE for nearly six years, supporting HR strategies and transformations across emerging markets. His expertise in leading HR teams in matrix structures and navigating complex regional dynamics proved pivotal in achieving strategic goals for the company.
Earlier in his career at Medtronic, Frederic was the Senior HR Director for France, Nordics, Baltics, and Poland, providing HR leadership across these markets. His strategic HR focus on change management and employee relations helped him lead numerous initiatives across these regions.
Frederic’s extensive experience also includes time at Covidien, where he held various HR leadership roles, and prior to that, at Kimberly-Clark, where he served as the Country Senior HR Manager for France for over seven years.
