Gabriel Tin Tun Aung has been promoted to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at the Myanmar Football Federation (MFF). With over seven years of managerial experience and a robust career in human resources, Tin Tun Aung is poised to further enhance the federation’s HR initiatives from its headquarters in Yangon, Myanmar.
Prior to his new role, Tin Tun Aung has been intricately involved with MFF as a Human Resources Specialist since September 2020. His work has been pivotal in aligning HR strategies with the operational needs of the federation.
In parallel to his role at MFF, Tin Tun Aung has held several key positions across various organizations. He is the Chief Executive Officer of The Dream Business Group & Futsal Club, a position he has held since January 2023, where he combines his passion for sports with his expertise in business management. Additionally, he serves as a Human Resources Consultant for LC Myanmar Consulting Co., Ltd and Marlar Myaing Company Co. Ltd since 2022, where he provides strategic HR consultancy services.
His prior roles include significant stints as a Human Resources Manager at Yangon Airport Group, where he served for nearly nine years from January 2012 to September 2020, overseeing all HR functions and significantly contributing to the organization’s HR development and strategic initiatives. Before that, he was an Art Director at Unigrow Creative in Central Singapore, where he utilized his creative skills to manage design and branding projects from January 2006 to January 2012.
