Bad Homburg, Hesse, Germany, December 2024 – Gabriele Wieland has been named Head of Talent & Employee Experience EMEA at Amadeus, a global leader in travel technology solutions. In her new role, Gabriele will oversee the strategic direction of talent management and employee engagement initiatives across the EMEA region, driving innovation and fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture.
Gabriele brings over 15 years of experience in HR and talent management to her new position. Before stepping into her current role, she served as Manager, Center of Expertise Talent Management DACH at Amadeus, where she led initiatives to enhance talent strategies and employee development for the DACH region. Prior to this, she excelled as People & Culture Business Partner Talent & Development DACH, focusing on leadership development, strategic HR planning, and fostering cultural transformation aligned with Amadeus’ vision to shape the future of travel.

Earlier in her career, Gabriele held leadership roles at Primondo Specialty Group GmbH, including HR Management Consultant and Unit Manager Expert Center Compensation & Benefits, where she honed her expertise in compensation strategies, workforce planning, and employee relations.
