Limerick, County Limerick, Ireland, September 2025 – AMCS Group, a global leader in Performance Sustainability solutions, has announced the appointment of Gail Quinn as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, Gail will lead AMCS’s people strategy, reinforcing the company’s culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusion while driving initiatives that align with its mission of helping organizations meet sustainability goals and boost profitability.
Before joining AMCS, Gail spent more than six years with Trane Technologies, where she served as HR Leader & HRBP EMEA. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement across the region, while also driving transformation and HR strategy for a global, innovation-driven industrial company.
Earlier, Gail worked with Integra LifeSciences as HR Manager for Ireland & the UK, leading HR initiatives across plant-level and shared service operations. She was responsible for talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development, ensuring that HR policies effectively supported business goals and employee well-being.
Previously, she held the position of Group HR Manager at JFC Manufacturing Co. Ltd, where she executed HR strategy across five EMEA sites, focusing on employee relations, talent development, and engagement. Gail also dedicated significant time to professional development in the HR community, serving as PRO/Chairperson/Vice Chairperson of the Western Region Committee for CIPD Ireland, where she organized and led learning events, professional development programs, and regional initiatives for HR practitioners and academics.
Her earlier career included impactful HR leadership roles at Medtronic, where she worked on global diversity and inclusion councils, policy implementation, and organizational change projects, and at the Health Service Executive, where she specialized in employee relations, industrial relations, and policy development. Gail began her career with the Department of Social Protection in Ireland, where she gained foundational expertise in HR systems, welfare advisory services, and national-level HRM operations.
