New Delhi, India, July 2025 – Gaurav Bhalla has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer at Goldwyn Limited, a leading manufacturer of LED lighting solutions in India. With over 25 years of extensive experience in electrical engineering solutions, project sales, and business development, Gaurav is expected to lead the company into a new era of strategic expansion, product innovation, and market leadership in both domestic and global lighting segments.
Prior to this appointment, Gaurav served as AVP at Polycab India Limited, where he led critical initiatives in business management and strategic unit development. During his tenure, he contributed to driving market growth through SBU startups and led regional business strategies in North India.
Before Polycab, Gaurav spent six years at Jaquar Group as Senior DGM, where he focused on expanding the electrical business vertical and spearheading new business development and key partnerships. His leadership helped scale sales and develop customized lighting and electrical solutions for a variety of infrastructure and commercial clients.
Earlier in his career, Gaurav played important roles at HPL Electric & Power Ltd, Citelum, and Bajaj Electricals Ltd, overseeing project development, outdoor lighting, and B2G business verticals. He also held key business and technical positions at GE India, Spaceage Switchgears, Philips Lighting, and Havells India, rounding out a diverse and robust career across the electrical solutions spectrum.
An alumnus of Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Bidar, Gaurav holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He is also a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India), highlighting his strong foundation in both engineering excellence and professional ethics.
